Technological process and manufacturing method of ordinary PVC card

PVC card a card made of PVC material. PVC material has the characteristics of light weight, heat insulation, heat preservation, moisture-proof, flame retardant, simple construction and so on. PVC material is a kind of plastic decorative material.

Process flow of ordinary PVC card:

Firstly, the image text is printed on the special 0.3mm thick PVC color jet film base through the ordinary color ink-jet printer, and then two 0.2mm thick special adhesive films are covered on the front and back, which can be synthesized by the heat sealing plastic sealing machine. The finished products can be directly punched and cut without loss of waste products and the purchase of special laminating equipment. The operation is simple and the card making yield is high.

Ordinary PVC card making methods can be divided into two methods: layer pressing card and layer free pressing card:

1. Layer pressing method:

2. Layer free pressing card method

Process flow introduction: print the image text on the special 0.3mm thick PVC color jet film base through an ordinary color inkjet printer, and then cover two 0.2mm thick special adhesive films on the front and back, and synthesize them with a heat sealing plastic sealing machine. The finished products can be directly punched and cut without waste consumption. There is no need to buy special laminating equipment, which is simple to operate and has a high yield of card printing.

In practical use, PVC materials often add stabilizers, lubricants, auxiliary processing agents, pigments, impact agents and other additives. It has non flammability, high strength, weather resistance and excellent geometric stability. The printing machine has the characteristics of bright colors and various patterns.
