Function and Application Introduction

This machine integrates card transmission, punching and creasing. It is suitable for punching and indentation processing of various styles of mini sub master cards. It is automatically controlled by PLC program and operated by color Chinese and English touch screen. Card feeding and punching indentation are driven by servo system. Adjustable parameters, fast speed and high precision.

Functional features:

1. Belt type card feeding is adopted, which is stable and high-speed.

2. Using high-power servo motor as punching power, the parameters can be high, the shearing torque is large and the precision is high.

3. Reasonable die structure design makes the replacement simple and convenient. When processing different types of child and parent cards or personalized cards, you only need to replace the mold.

4. The reasonable card correction structure makes the punching precision higher.

5. Waste is collected by vacuum system.

6. If there is no card in the feeding or the discharging card is full, the automatic alarm and shutdown will be given.

7. PLC program control automatic operation, color Chinese and English touch screen operation, stable and reliable.
